    Nadav weight loss before and after: Nadav had been overweight for most of his life. When he was younger, he was always the chubby kid in school. He wasn’t always comfortable in his own skin, but he never thought much about it. It wasn’t until he was an adult that Nadav realized how his weight was holding him back.

    Nadav decided to make a change and lose weight. He started by making small changes to his diet and lifestyle. He cut out processed foods and started cooking more at home. He also started exercising regularly. In just six months, Nadav had lost 60 pounds! Since then, Nadav has kept the weight off.

    Nadav’s before the photo is an unflattering snapshot of the Israeli-born actor at his heaviest. Sporting a beard and long hair, Nadav looks like he’s carrying at least an extra 30 pounds. His face is puffy and bloated, and his body appears slouched and unhealthy. It’s a stark contrast to the fit, healthy man he is today.

    Nadav’s story

    Nadav was always a bit overweight, but it never really bothered him. He was comfortable with his body and didn’t feel the need to change anything. However, when he hit his 30s, he started to notice that his weight was having a negative impact on his health. He was tired all the time, had trouble sleeping, and found it difficult to exercise.

    After doing some research, Nadav decided to make some changes to his lifestyle. He started by cutting out processed foods and eating more whole foods. He also began exercising regularly and made sure to get enough sleep. Within a few months, he had lost 20 pounds and felt better than ever!

    How Nadav did it

    Nadav had always been on the heavier side but he never really cared about his weight. However, when he turned 30, he realized that he needed to do something about it. He started by cutting down on his calorie intake and started working out regularly.

    In just a span of 6 months, Nadav lost a staggering 50 kgs! People were amazed at his transformation and he even managed to keep the weight off for good. Here’s how Nadav did it:

    1. Cut down on calories: Nadav reduced his daily calorie intake by 500 calories. He did this by eliminating sugary drinks and snacks from his diet and eating smaller portions at meals.
    2. Worked out regularly: Nadav made working out a regular habit. He exercised for at least 45 minutes every day, 5 days a week. This helped him burn additional calories and tone his body.
    3. Stayed motivated: Despite seeing great results, Nadav knew that it would be easy to regain the lost weight if he let himself go back to old habits. To stay motivated, he kept track of his progress by taking photos and measuring his waistline regularly. He also set small goals for himself and celebrated each accomplishment to keep himself moving forward.

    Since starting his weight loss journey, Nadav has made some changes to his diet. He now focuses on eating whole, unprocessed foods. He starts his day with a protein-rich breakfast and includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats in his meals.

    Nadav has also cut out sugary drinks and snacks and is careful to limit his intake of processed carbs. By making these changes, Nadav has been able to lose weight and keep it off.

    Nadav’s workout routine consisted of 6 days of intense weightlifting followed by a day of cardio. He would start his day with a cup of coffee and then head to the gym for a quick warm-up on the treadmill. He would then do a circuit of weightlifting exercises, including squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.

    After his weightlifting session, he would do 20-30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical or stationary bike. On his days off from the gym, Nadav would go for a long run or hike.
